Welcome to Intercoastal Rheumatology Group. Rheumatology is a branch of Internal Medicine devoted to the study of musculoskeletal disorders and disorders of connective tissues.
Rheumatologic disorders are the most prevalent chronic conditions in the United States and are a leading cause of disability.
These disorders encompass more than 100 diseases and conditions, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, polymalgia rheumatica, spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, gout, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory muscle disease, vasculitis and osteoporosis.
Intercoastal Rheumatology Group is available for outpatient and inpatient consultation. In addition, we offer:
Joint imaging and bone density testing
Aspiration of joints
Infusion therapies with a specialized center for infusion treatment
